Certified Personal Trainer, Lead Instructor: Grit & Grind, and Lifelong Athlete
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Having spent most of my life involved in multiple sports disciplines, I bring a dedicated focus to healthspan, movement quality, strength training, and injury prevention.
My customized fitness programs are designed to enhance your grip strength, build core stability, and utilize progressive overload—all with the goal of improving bone density, balance, and lean muscle mass. By focusing on core functional fitness and multi-joint movement patterns—such as squats, lunges, hinging, pulling, pushing, rotating, and carrying—I help my clients stay strong, capable, and active for life.

Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, Lead PeakLift, Lead Teen Strength, and Nutrition Counselor
I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast whose passion for health and education naturally led me to a career as a personal trainer, health coach, and yoga instructor.
For more than 15 years, I have helped clients improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being. I have also hosted dozens of sold-out international yoga and fitness retreats, creating transformative experiences that inspire people to move, connect, and thrive.
I am passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident, and positive in their bodies through safe, approachable, and effective training. I believe people should feel just as good at 80 as they do at 40—physically and mentally. My training philosophy emphasizes strength, mobility, alignment, balance, and longevity, helping clients build a foundation for lifelong health.
I work with a diverse range of clients across different ages, fitness levels, and health needs. I have extensive experience helping individuals pursue weight-loss goals while improving their overall strength, fitness, and quality of life.
I am excited to offer PeakLift at HRAC, where I help women build strength safely and confidently. I believe developing strength is one of the most important ways to support an active lifestyle and enjoy all the sports and outdoor adventures the Gorge has to offer.
I also lead Teen Strength, a small-group personal training program for teens ages 14 and older. The program focuses on building strength, power, and speed while improving mobility to help reduce injury risk. The small-group format allows me to give each teenager focused attention and the best possible coaching. Teen Strength begins on Saturdays in September.
I am also available for Nutrition Counseling.
Whether in personal training sessions or group classes, I create an environment that is approachable yet challenging—and always fun, engaging, and supportive.

Hi there! My name is Cassie, and I am so excited to help you move better, stronger, and more confidently! I have been in the world of fitness, bodywork, and coaching/training since I was a teenager. My favorite part of training is taking the science-backed training techniques I have spent years learning, and infusing my own creativity to customize a plan just for the client in front of me. Combining that with my knowledge of the body from working as a Licensed Massage Therapist and we have a recipe for success in the gym, no matter the goal! If you are dedicated to moving more confidently and seeing long-term results, then I’m here for it! Because of my own curiosity for all types of movement, I have had success with all types of people. I have done great work with many athletes (including wind sports and paddlers, figure skaters, runners, Olympic lifters and CrossFitters, yogis, skiers, climbers, and more); I feel passionately about helping older populations keep moving safely; inspiring a love for strength in women and young girls new or unfamiliar with the gym; and helping untwist the stress of desk work. With my background working in rehab, I also love to be the next step for those recovering from injury or surgery after graduating (or alongside) Physical Therapy. Outside of the gym, you can find me enjoying the Gorge and exploring the PNW. My main hobbies are biking, hiking, trail running, skiing and mountaineering. My partner and I have summited Mt. Hood, St. Helens, and Rainier so far! I also love crafting, and have found the most enjoyment in sewing, quilting, and crocheting! Certifications: BS Kinesiology (UNC Wilmington) Licensed Massage Therapist Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist (Girls Gone Strong)

I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Nutrition & Behavior Change Coach through Precision Nutrition. After achieving my own 100-pound weight loss, I discovered my passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
As a Lead Personal Trainer at PeakFit, I am dedicated to helping clients build strength safely and effectively. I customize every session to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on proper lifting technique, injury prevention, progressive overload, core strength, mobility, balance, conditioning, and building overall confidence in the gym.
My philosophy is centered on making fitness fun, functional, and empowering. My goal is to help clients not only succeed in the gym, but also improve the way they live, move, and feel every day.
In addition to personal training, I offer weekly 50-minute individualized nutrition coaching sessions designed to address the deeper challenges that often hold people back from sustainable fat loss and lasting health. I am a certified Level 1 & 2 Nutrition and Behavior Change Coach through Precision Nutrition, hold a BA in Psychology, and am currently pursuing my MA in Counseling Psychology. Most importantly, I bring the perspective and understanding that comes from my own 100-pound weight loss journey.
I approach weight loss and body transformation through the lens of “deep health,” recognizing that true, lasting change goes beyond food alone. My coaching takes into account habits, beliefs, mindset, and lifestyle patterns, helping clients create sustainable practices instead of relying on quick fixes or crash diets.
With a passion for empowering others, I guide clients to feel confident, capable, and motivated—making healthy choices that align with their goals while keeping the process enjoyable, realistic, and sustainable.

Olympian
With 11 years of experience in personal training and a lifelong background in competitive sports, I bring a strong understanding of athletic performance, movement, and purposeful training. As an Olympian, I know firsthand the value of discipline, consistency, and progression, and I bring that mindset to every client I work with.
My approach focuses on building a strong foundation through proper movement mechanics, strength training, mobility, functional movement, injury prevention, and safe lifting practices. I believe that moving well and staying strong are essential to improving performance, preventing injury, and maintaining independence throughout life.
I also understand personally the importance of staying strong and maintaining mobility as we age. I want to continue enjoying the sports I love—including skiing, wing-foiling, tennis, and surfing—for many years to come. I bring this same perspective to my clients, helping them build the strength, mobility, and confidence needed to stay active and continue doing the things they love.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. I hold an Active Aging certification and have experience working with older adults and clients transitioning back to exercise after physical therapy or navigating orthopedic and musculoskeletal considerations.
My areas of focus include:
• Strength training, proper movement mechanics, functional movement patterns, & safe lifting practices
• Mobility to support strength, performance, & everyday movement
• Active aging & maintaining strength, mobility, confidence, & independence
• Supporting clients transitioning from physical therapy back into exercise
• Building confidence & consistency through individualized, progressive training
