Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A two time Olympian, athletics and fitness have been a lifestyle and passion for Bea since a young age. Bea encourages motivation through progression to achieve fitness goals, sports performance, and injury prevention. Bea enjoys sharing her experience and enthusiasm of training with her clients and aims to see her clients succeed. An active player in regional tennis leagues, Bea also enjoys skiing, windsurfing, mountain biking, and surfing.

Laura is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Nutrition & Behavior Change Coach through Precision Nutrition. After achieving a personal 100-pound weight loss, she discovered a passion for guiding others toward their own health and fitness goals.
She is dedicated to helping clients build strength safely and effectively, customizing every session to their unique needs. Laura specializes in proper lifting technique, injury prevention, and progressive overload, while also focusing on core strength, mobility, balance, conditioning, and overall confidence in the gym.
Her philosophy centers on making fitness fun, functional, and empowering—helping clients not only succeed in the gym but also enhance the way they live, move, and feel every day.

Nutrition Counselor :
In addition to personal training, Laura offers weekly 50-minute individualized nutrition coaching sessions designed to address the deeper challenges that often hold people back from sustainable fat loss and lasting health. She is a certified Level 1 & 2 Nutrition and Behavior Change Coach through Precision Nutrition, holds a BA in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her MA in Counseling Psychology. Most importantly, she brings the perspective of her own 100-pound weight loss journey.
Laura approaches weight loss and body transformation through the lens of “deep health,” recognizing that true, lasting change goes beyond food alone. Her coaching takes into account habits, beliefs, and lifestyle patterns, helping clients create sustainable practices rather than relying on quick fixes or crash diets.
With a passion for empowering others, Laura guides clients to feel confident, capable, and motivated—making healthy choices that align with their goals while keeping the process enjoyable and realistic.

Mel is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been actively involved in multiple sports disciplines throughout her life including endurance cycling, CrossFit, competitive swimming, wing foiling, and spent several years as a rower for a distinguished crew.
Outside of the gym Mel enjoys spending time on the river, hiking, cycling, reading, jigsaw puzzling, and spending time with her husband Phil and her dog Bree.

Luke, an active athlete and NASM-certified personal trainer, specializes in movement and mobility. Certified as a Movement and Mobility Specialist through The Ready State, he incorporates techniques from Functional Range Conditioning, Kinematic Stretching, and End-Range Strength Training to improve range of motion and motor control. Luke combines practical experience with evidence-based methods to help clients prevent injuries and maintain lifelong physical well-being for sports and daily activities.
