Kelly Carsley, IAYT-800 Certified Yoga Therapist and ERYT-500 Instructor since 2007, offers personalized private sessions designed to restore balance and support healing.
With 16+ years of experience, Kelly blends mindful movement, breathwork, posture refinement, meditation, and relaxation techniques to meet your unique needs.

Meet our Instructors
Kelly Carsley :
Kelly has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and is a C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. Kelly is also SAYF (safety and sustainability) trained and is trauma informed. Kelly leads Flow Yoga on Tuesday at noon and is the teacher and designer the Beginner Yoga Workshop
Angela Middel :
Angela received her 320 Yoga Teacher Training through Inspyra Yoga in Shanghai, China. Angela is also 100 hour Baptiste Certified to teach Journey Into Power. She has been teaching for 20 years. Angela leads Power Yoga M/W at 5:30 PM, Friday at 6:30 AM and Saturday at 9:30 AM. Angela holds space for all levels or students, from beginner to advance.
Emma Brown :
Emma has over 500 hours of training and continues to pursue further education and training. Emma teaches Vinyasa Yoga Friday at noon and Sundays at 9:30 AM . This class combines poses to create heat in the body while you focus on your breathing as you move from one pose to the next. All levels of students are welcome.
Madeline VanMan :
Join Madeline Wednesday Mornings at 6:30 to welcome the new day in her power to peace vinyasa-to-yin experience. Begin with an invigorating power vinyasa that challenges your strength, then transition seamlessly into a nurturing yin practice of deep release.
Kristi Garwood:
As a RYT200 instructor currently pursuing her RYT500 certification, Kristi has practiced yoga for over 12 years. In addition, she is certified as an integrative health practitioner. Kristi teaches gentle vinyasa flow classes on Wednesdays at noon. Designed for all levels, her sessions offer a creative blend of intentional breath-mind-body movement and meditation.
