Peak Precision Workshop

Technique is the foundation of success.

Join Mel Seu, certified personal trainer and professional rower, for a series of workshops designed to help you improve form, train more efficiently, and get the most out of your time at the club.

These sessions will focus on proper technique and smart, effective workout planning. Whether you’ve never worked with a personal trainer before, have questions about your current exercise routine, or want guidance on how to build a routine that works for you, these workshops are a great place to start.

  • June 6: Rowing

  • June 20: HIIT

Cost

  • Members: $10 per session

  • Non-members: $12 per session
